The bath tub doesn’t drain well and the staff are unprofessional,I asked for a spoon and was told that they don’t give them out at night and that is crazy because I am a paying customer. I won’t ever stay at this room again.

Good price but aging facility. You get what you pay for. Nothing walkable nesrby. Breakfast was terrible. No juice in the juice machine. No salt for the boiled eggs. That’s just for starters. Door lock loose.

Front desk was super rude. I asked for towels and wash clothes, being there was none in room. She stated that she would give the wash towels but no towels, because i like to shower more then once duribg the day , she said it was policy, she couldn't give me freah towels and refused to trade them out for the used one.

Grossest hotel i have stayed at
We got there close to 8 pm and immediately was hit with the stinch of pot and a manager named nikki that seemed as if we were a bother for her to check us in....once that was over and we were given a 2nd floor room we were told there was no elevator (no big deal) as soon as we got in the stairwell and hallway to our room the smell got so almost unbearable my husband was ready to leave....but seeing as it was so late and we had an i am game we carried on once in the room it was obvious that housekeeping isnt doing their hob as we had a half used roll of toilet paper and pee stains around our toiletthe towels were stained and yellow and there were stains on our blankets i can look past the water stains on the ceiling but come on the blankets, anyways we didnt even notice stains on my daughters bed until the morning when we also gound mold on the ice machine....i am not one usually who does reviews and i dont think ive ever left one this bad i know rooms are used by many people but when your taking so much money and not caring about the cleanliness and health of customers i have to draw a line i will never stay at another quality inn EVER

They didn’t take my Expedia reservation. I had to pay again. Will avoid Quality Inn in the future. Regret the choice. Will try to seek refund

What I did not like was the bathtub was not clean. I found old soap stuck on the bottom and several human hairs. The breakfast is very skimpy. The room rate was much too high. M

Thank you for your review. We wish that you have brought this to our attention during your stay so that we could have resolved the issue for you during your stay. As for breakfast I am sorry that we only offer a small breakfast and not a buffet. As for the price unfortunately we do not set our own prices they are set through Choice Hotels.

The towels looked dirty I used my own that I went and bought. The room smelled funny. There was no fitted sheet on the bed only a mattress cover and one sheet and a thin blanket but needless to say I slept on top of the covers. The coffee maker is in the bathroom and I don’t know who’s bright idea that was and it was dirty!!! The breakfast was anything but that but the coffee was good and I did like the choice of channels on the TV but those were the only two bright spots. This property needs serious upgrades and Kudos to the person that edited the pics for their website great job 👏 you really pulled the wool over my eyes

Room had a very unpleasant smell, overcharged for the room, gave us a rate of 90, and charged us 145 per night. One of the worst hotels we have stayed at.

This place is a filthy dump. Shameful of Quality Inn to license its name to such owners. Dried white “liquid substance” on the bed skirt. Unknown brown spots on the walls. So much more could be said. This place is no more than an emergency option to get towels to wash and a bed to lay your head.

Affordable lodging in need of some renovations
There is a sign on the front check-in desk but my room definitely reeked of cigarettes and had the smoke detector removed. The front desk told me I had the last available room so swapping rooms was out of the question. This seems to be the hotel non-local contractors use as they transit from site to site so the hallways were as clean as could be expected considering the weather and workers. My room on the other hand had a few more small issues I should have brought to the check in desk’s attention but I was extremely pressed for time during my stay. That being said, if you’ve ever lived in a military barracks non of these issues would be an issue but if. You are traveling with small children or are used to Marriot/Hilton level lodging you will have issues. Mold in the shower handle was little unsettling, bathroom door lock looked like someone attempted to break down the door, the glass over the bathroom sink looked like it still had the packing on one end while the other side was definitely broken off and the AC unit was packed with dust. This being my second stay at this location I came mentally prepared for all this.

The staff is great and the property is clean but overall they could use an upgrade. We had to be tech support to get tv to work. Then they offer breakfast but didn’t have anything but old waffle batter, a few muffins, and old cereal. Will recommend for comfortable sleeping, but that’s it.

Key card didn't work. No elevator, had to carry a 40 lb suitcase up the stairs, Ill be 75 in 2 day. Room was freezing no blanket on the bed. Hair in the bathroom. Toliet didnt work. Not fun night after evacuating a hurricane at 11:30 at night! Coffee was like water!

Firstly the room didn’t match the picture they advised. The carpet had red stains on them, the mattress was filthy and they only had a sheet for us to cover up with. The room had a nasty smell and the bed was uncomfortable. I’ll say they are doing renovations at the moment but I’ll book again when it’s up to date.
