Welcome to the lake! Come spend a relaxing vacation at this adorable home which is less than 5 minutes’ drive to the Long Island Beach. The Long Island beach is a stunning shared walk-in sand beach on Lake Winnipesaukee which is only 2.1 miles from the home. A parking pass for the beach comes with your stay and the owner also provides (4) bicycles if you prefer to bike down to the beach!

You’ll enjoy your time at the beach, but you may never want to leave the property! Roast marshmallows with the family around the fit pit in the back yard or play bocce ball on the court during the day. The home itself has been completely updated inside and out with modern finishes that you’ll love! The kitchen is bright and well equipped including a Keurig for your morning coffee. Enjoy time relaxing with family on the screen porch or on the back deck where chaise lounge chairs and a gas grill are waiting for you to enjoy. There is a game room downstairs with a foosball table, TV, and couches for all to enjoy, as well as a ¾ bath.

The home has three bedrooms; each bedroom has a queen size bed, a mini-split wall mounted air-conditioning unit, and a ceiling fan. The first bedroom is on the main level of the home where there is also a full bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are upstairs. A queen sized sofa bed is in the lower level and sleeps two comfortably.

This property makes a for a great vacation whether you’re visiting in Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter – enjoy hiking Red Hill or the trails at the Castle in the Clouds. Visit the Loon Center in Moultonborough or the Squam Lake Natural Science Center. Play a round of golf at Birch Hill Country Club or “mini-golf” at Paradise Falls – both in Moultonborough. There’s so much to do nearby! There is parking for 4 cars, please park away from the dumpster.
