The space

Elevated on the top level, our home features irreplaceable Cooktown ironwood timbers and beautiful exposed wood beams, white washed features, and industrial barn style doors.

Upstairs, the open plan kitchen, 8 seater dining table and living room enjoys soaring cathedral ceilings with seamless access to the glorious outdoor undercover areas and expansive views.

The kitchen is ideal for entertaining with a servery window accessing the family BBQ & 6 seater dining table. All new appliances, including stove, dishwasher and 4 door fridge with water and ice dispenser.

The main bedroom features a luxurious King Bed with access to the inviting deck to watch the sun set with a G&T in hand. The second KB bedroom resides on this level with private, rainforest views.

Run the bath and relax in our spacious tub with open window levers to capture the breeze and scent of the surrounding tropical rainforest.

The lower level features a luxurious Queen bed with access to a private, hanging day bed to soak up the views as the sun draws to a close.

The upstairs living space features 10kw air conditioning, with all bedrooms complete with independent air conditioning & dehumidifiers for personalised comfort.
