"Der var støv i skabene og badekar virkede ikke og der var ikke tryk i vandet så man kunne ikke tag et ordentligt bad og vandet var ikke særligt varmt - personalets service var heller ikke i top da de ikke reagerede på de problemer vi havde med vores værelse - kan ikke anbefale det hotel "

"We stayed as a group of 8 people across three rooms. Unfortunately, there were some misunderstandings at check-in, particularly regarding the half-board package and the distinction between adults and children. It wasn’t entirely clear what was included, and this created some confusion at the start of our holiday. It would have made a big difference if the staff had reviewed the booking more thoroughly upon arrival – especially when dealing with a larger group and multiple rooms. We were looking forward to a relaxing holiday, and those details should really be in order from the beginning. We also noticed that staff frequently encouraged us to leave reviews and mention specific employees. This felt a bit intrusive and took away from the natural service experience. That said, the hotel itself and its facilities were nice, and we hope to see better communication and a smoother check-in process in the future."

"We had a wonderful stay. Both our rooms were upgraded so we had a terrace with sea view. Staff were amazing. We were allowed to extend our checkput time by an hour. Evening meal was fantastic. Good was great. There was live Music and dancers. Breakfast was also good. "
