Villa Eugenia (Kvarner - Mošćenička Draga)

The large Mediterranean garden of 3800 m2 spreads over several levels and offers stunning views of the green hills and the sea in the background.On one level of the terrace you can relax on deck chairs in the sun or under an exotic gazebo, and refresh yourself in the inviting pool which also offers the possibility of heating. The pool also has counter-current swimming and hydromassage.The upper level invites you to a barbecue and gatherings around the table and dining outdoors. The interior of the villa successfully combines modern and traditional with a touch of Mediterranean style.On the lower ground floor there is an old renovated tavern where, thanks to the thick stone walls, during the hot summer days you can cool off, rest, also prepare and enjoy a fine meal. This part of the house has a separate entrance, but is also connected to the rest of the house from the inside. It has an interesting toilet.On the first floor, which can be reached via a closed and covered terrace, where you can enjoy a morning coffee overlooking the sea, there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a spacious living room. There is also a bathroom with shower / toilet.On the second floor there are three comfortable and nicely decorated bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one large bathroom with shower / bath / toilet. A special place is occupied by a small but comfortable gallery with an armchair that serves for moments of relaxation with a good book or music.The house is fully air conditioned with two air conditioners.The villa offers a relaxing holiday, as well as a large number of activities to comfortably and unforgettable use your vacation. The pool can be heated on request (April, May, September, October) at an extra charge of €20 per day, the temperature depends on the weather. Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed.
