Welcome to our pleasant apartment in the heart of Avoriaz! Located in the Le Cap Neige residence, at the foot of the slopes and close to all amenities, this apartment will welcome you in a comfortable and warm atmosphere.



This apartment is highly appreciated for its ideal location, halfway between the center (150m) and the reception/parking area (350m), as well as for its view of the mountains and the village of Avoriaz.



On the 3rd floor of a residence with an elevator, it is composed as follows:

- Entrance with storage

- Separate toilet

- Bathroom with bathtub, sink unit and mirror

- Living area with an equipped kitchen open to the living room

- A sofa/bed in the living room and dining table

- Children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds

- From the living room, the French door provides access to a sunny balcony with an unobstructed view (southwest exposure)



The apartment can accommodate up to 4 travelers.



You will have access to the entire apartment.



We are on site during your stay in case of need.



The Le Cap Neige residence is highly appreciated due to its positioning between the station reception and the center. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment, the playground and Aquariaz are near the residence, and all shops are about 200m away: supermarket, bakery, stores & restaurants.



Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the parking lot you can reach the apartment by carriage, shuttle or directly on foot (300m from the resort reception)
