Be prepared for many stairs outside up to front door and also bedrooms are all upstairs. Comfortable beds. Clean linens and towels. Great communication with Melinda. Great value for a family. "We loved our time at this house. The house was spacious and comfortable for my family and grandmother. The hot tub was a plus as well as the BBQ. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved being able to play cards on the large dining table. The sitting area was perfect, everyone was comfy and no one was left out. The location was perfect for us. An easy drive into town, and the park was accessible at the end of the street on foot. We have family in Cambria and will definitely book this house...

"This was a very nice property. The house was exactly as advertised. The backyard was a beautiful place to sit and have coffee in the morning and then roast marshmallows by the fire at night. It was nice staying in aplce nit right in the middle of downtown but very close to everything: outlets, downtown, gricery store, etc. The butterfly grove is right down the street with direct walking access to the beach. The hime is spacious and great for a family. We all also enjoyed the games that were...

"This place was def one of our favorites! The property was clean, great location and our family fit comfortably. There were some other renters nearby and they were loud the first night. We will def be staying here again!"

"I was on vacation and I chose to set my alarm so I could watch the sunrise from the property. Each morning. I simply walked out the double slider doors to a fenced in backyard and you are there. If u want u can turn on the firepit and enjoy the seating area. One morning the cows came to visit. Feet from me. Gorgeous animals. The peacefulness and beauty of the location was why we selected this location. Everything was close to the downtown area of SLO. Such an easy drive to Cal Poly or any DT...
