Beautiful chalet overlooking Pico do Marumbi

Beautiful fully equipped chalet, with a balcony facing Pico do Marumbi. Resting place amid nature in a quiet and beautiful region of Morretes, 5 km from the city center. Kiosk with wood stove and oven, as well as a fire pit AND A WAREHOUSE WITH PRODUCTS FOR SALE. Access to trails and the Iporanga River, with a natural swimming pool less than 300 meters away. The chalet has good books and a large box of Legos. Bicycles can be rented.

The space

The chalet has a small garage in the outdoor area, with a bench, and is located next to a kiosk with large dining tables, sink and oven and wood stove. The front of the chalet overlooks the farm's courtyard, where there is a fire pit, and at the back there is a beautiful lawn.

Inside, on the ground floor, there is the fully equipped kitchen, from whose window you can see the Marumbi mountains. On the ground floor there is also the bathroom.

Up the stairs, at the top, is the bedroom, which has a double bed, a double sofa bed and a single mattress. This space has air conditioning, two bedside tables, two shelves, some books and balconies on both sides, one facing the courtyard and the other facing the Marumbi mountains. On this balcony, there are hooks for a hammock (hammock included) and a rocking chair.

Guest access

In addition to the chalet's internal and external space, guests can use the common area of the kiosk and patio, as well as access the trails within the property. There is also a small store at the farm with natural and healthy products where guests can shop and pay directly at PIX. Next to the barn there is a bike rack with bikes available to rent.

Other observations

The space is located in a rural area, 5km from the center of Morretes. The section is currently undergoing paving work.

We have a small barn on the farm in which we ONLY sell vegetarian, natural, healthy products with little or no sugar.

Next to the farm there are two rivers: the Iporanga River is a 5-minute walk away and the Marumbi River is a 25-minute walk away. Both are great for bathing.
