There has been some amazing wildlife spotted recently by our guests, from seals to dolphins, little terms and ringed plovers. This time of year is certainly a wonderful time to visit. We are pleased you had a great stay.

We have a little oasis once you come through the door and the property is really convenient for everything Warkworth has to offer. We are really pleased you enjoyed your stay.

The location of the property is so convenient for everything Warkworth has to offer. We're glad you enjoyed your stay and the welcome pack we provide for our guests. Our owners with and without dogs really appreciate the large garden, particularly when the weather is good!

It was lovely having you to stay. The garden is certainly a lovely place to relax after a long day out exploring and we even lived in the studio for over a month during lockdown while renovating our own house so perfect for a week or 2. As we are on site we try to give our guests that extra bit of local knowledge to make their stay that bit more special.

We are pleased you had a lovely stay. The property is a studio apartment so is not huge but we have had guests stay for 2 weeks quite comfortably. Parking is often available in the square but at peak times like a sunny Sunday can be more difficult particularly with many opting for staycations this year. If the square is full there is normally parking by the river a short walk away.

Our pleasure. It was lovely to be able to help with your puppies socialisation too. The garden and the surrounding area are just perfect for dogs of all ages. We have had several groups who have booked both properties like yourselves. It gives you quality time together but the extra privacy you don’t get when you book one larger property. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay.
