I contacted them and was told they were sending someone to fix it and it wasn’t fixed. I left a day early and had to book a hotel elsewhere because I just couldn’t take having to shower in cold water for another day. I contacted them again and asked for compensation and they offered me a discount for my next reservation with them; as if after this experience I would want to...

"Nice place and responsive owner. Did see a few lizards and cockroaches in the house and my room but they were nice and respectful."

"The place is great! It is small but was great for me and my two kids. Personally I think a different sitting area would be great in place of the pool table. But that is likely just a personal preference. Also the mattress on the bed is way to hard. Great host. Great area. Loved it!"

It was a little strange though because they lived there so their pictures were on the wall and had plastic on two of the chairs to cover them up and it just weird. The rooms were all locked except the one that they leave open for you the one that has the air conditioner and then you have to get a key for each individual room instead of them just all being open like normal doesn’t make sense why they were all locked up the bedrooms.
