"Great little cottage, very comfortable and clean. Nice to have the open fireplace with plenty of firewood available on a cold evening. Lovely touch with the fresh bread and homemade jams for the morning. Secure yard for the dog, a bit of a mix up through the booking but all sorted out with owner easy enough. "Joyce's beachouse is fabulous! Best location in Rosebud, on the beach and opposite the shops. You can walk everywhere. The accomodation is spacious, clean and very well priced. This was our second stay here and we will continue to come back. "

The house is spacious with various spaces to enjoy indoors and outdoors. The rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms clean and modern, everything was great. So close to shops and the beach too. 10/10 would love to stay here again."
