"This hotel was perfect for us. The room was well designed for comfort and convenience. It had plenty of drawer and other storage space and we liked the design of the bathroom with the vanity in a separate space from the toilet and shower. The staff could not have been any more pleasant and helpful even offering us water for our trip home when we checked out."

"We picked this hotel because it was in relative proximity to the Biltmore estate, which was the reason for our visit. Hotels closer to the estate were much more expensive. "Incredible noice from the street outside. The hotel will say this is to be expected from a city location, but this is worse than you can expect and we didn’t get much sleep. The breakfast is limited. The hotel will say they have a great variety including eggs and sausages, however this is a cold egg and sausage bun that can be collected from a fridge. The place is generally worn down. The location is great and the staff very helpful. Wouldn’t consider the stay value for money. "
