"Great service. Location was wonderful. No heater in the room but had good down blankets on the beds. Older rooms but clean.
There are common areas to hang out in with others but a 10p noise rule.
Allowed us to fill up water bottles with filtered water.
The only con I have would be that the reception person told us that they could not use American credit cards and we had to pay in cash. No problem but would have liked to know in advance to ensure we had enough cash.
Would stay again."
"A fantastic oasis in the sacred valley. Beautifully designed and comfortable rooms, great location and excellent service. Dinner and breakfast were just perfect. Thank you Tony!"
"A decent, but not luxurious hotel. Well situated, and free continental breakfast was included. Somewhat noisy in the early evening due to proximity of the main square but quieted down at night."
"This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The grounds were beautiful, and the accommodation was superb. A hiking trail was adjacent to the property which provided a panorama vista of the Sacred Valley. I will definitely say here again when I visit the Sacred Valley."
"Good location clean. Unfortunately even the slightest street noise is audible in the room. Same for light and noise from the hallway. Very friendly staff."
"As a local, he shared wonderful recommendations and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.
When my friend and I experienced altitude sickness, Darghen arranged a private taxi tour for us so we could explore at our own pace and return to the hostel whenever we needed. This was far more comfortable than joining a standard group tour, and we were very grateful for his help.
The breakfast was one of the freshest we have ever had. Much of the produce is harvested directly...
"Miski Samay is a magical retreat perched on a mountain in Yanahuara (Urubamba district), in between Urubamba the town and Ollantaytambo, the gateway to Machu Picchu. Located on a hillside, the views are incredible. The property grounds are filled with natural beauty and the domes are very comfortable with comfortable beds, heat, hot water, fridge, and several other common amenities. The staff are excellent, and especially Roger who will make your stay comfortable and memorable. I highly...
"If you are travelling to Ollantaytambo, you have to stay at The Quechua Lodge. The property is so pretty, the location is wonderful, and it is incredibly relaxing and Zen. It has a cozy, small community feel where you immediately feel at home.
Edith and her husband Stijn were absolutely amazing. What really set them apart was how they cared for me when I got sick during my stay. They actually went to the pharmacy themselves to get me medicine and made sure I was looked after until I recovered....
"Probably a 5-star hotel in terms of location and facilities. All staff were individually kind, nice and service minded, but the overall management and coordination seemed a bit lacking in order of a smooth running and operation. "
"Clean room excellent views from the rooftop. Freshest papaya ever with our breakfast every morning. Original part of town made it even more authentic. Cobblestone street a short walk from the main square."

"Den mest fantastiske, ekstraordinære oplevelse.
At overnatte i en doom, er noget helt specielt.
Beliggenheden, udsigten, stjernehimlen, de snebeklædte bjerge.
Det hele er “bjergtagende “
Stor anbefaling herfra."
