"Room was clean and comfortable staff was friendly breakfast and patking was great"

Customer service could use some work, took 40+ minutes to get a hair dryer that was not included in the room. Lots of running and yelling in the halls at all hours of the night. "

"The room was absolutely disgusting, nothing like the pictures. Was supposed to have a suite with a king size bed and a pull out couch. The bed was as hard as a board, and the pull out couch/bed look like they just fished it out of a dumpster. You couldn’t even sleep on it because of how dirty it was. "Rugs in the hallways had not been vacuumed, the floors were tacky when walking on them, the bathroom had not been vacuumed as there was hair on the floor , the hand towels were red stained, washcloths with holes in them and the shower was slimy. Never mind the tiniest bar of soap ever and it had no suds when wet. Will not frequent this hotel again when traveling. Positive note, the front desk ladies were very courteous and pleasant.
