| OTHER THINGS TO NOTE |
A few things worth knowing before you book, so nothing is a surprise at the door.

• The cabin is near Lake Blue Ridge but does not include private lake or dock access. Morganton
Point, five minutes away, has the public swim beach, boat ramp, and kayak and paddleboard
rentals (day-use fee applies).
• Dogs are welcome for a $149 pet fee per stay. The backyard is fully fenced.
• The cabin is multi-level with stairs between all three floors, so it is not step-free.
• Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. No smoking, no parties or events.
• Lake Blue Ridge is drawn down by TVA for flood storage in late fall and winter, so water
levels are lower then than in the summer photos.
• Checkout is 10 AM: run the dishwasher, bag the trash, and put the furniture back where you
found it.
