Hoteller i Moreton Say

"Fony"

"Skøn beliggenhed og god mad, Slitage flere steder- toilettet blev repareret under vores ophold og sengen var skæv. Madrasserne havde set bedre dage - de var meget ukomfortable."

"Would have been a 5 star review but I asked the first night if staff could kindly remind other residents to move away from the front steps of the building whilst smoking kate at night as it comes into the bedroom window. Second night I had to ask 3 different gentlemen to please move away as their smoke was keeping me awake and affecting my asthma. Two were very apologetic and moved but the 3rd I got abuse from and it was not nice😞."

"Aside from a member of staff called Kane who was exceptionally helpful, our experience for a birthday break was beyond disappointing. We initially stayed at the sister property The Swan in Tarporley where staff were outstanding but at The Lion we were greeted in what can only be described as very patronising, unwelcoming and brusque, by who we understand to be Beth. We were shown to a room that was classed as executive but had clearly had a major leak in the bathroom as paint was peeling away...

"Hotellet er ikke uden charme med sin alder og skæve vinkler, men ikke egnet for dårligt gående. Rengøringen var fin. Personalet venligt. Morgenmaden OK, men hvorfor ingen yougurt ? Desværre lavede de en fejl den sidste morgen - der blev opkrævet for 2x morgenmad. Email herom er ikke blevet besvaret efter en uge :("

"What a wonderful and cozy place and such lovely and serviceminded people. Had an outstanding visit in the most beautiful room. Breakfast was a delight. Definitely worth a visit."

"Lovely welcome from the team on arrival. The room on the top floor was great, comfy bed, good sized room, fridge with fresh milk provided. Really tasty breakfast, available until 12pm which was a nice touch. Friendly place, nice bar and outside area"

"The room was a bit small making it feel claustrophobic. But it was clean and the bed comfy. The staff were very friendly"

"Skønt hotel/pub Super service, god mad flot og komfortabel værelse. Vi kommer gerne igen"

"A fantastic hotel - really friendly and serviceminded staff, excellent food and nice rooms. AND you get everything for a really good price! I went there for business, but now I am considering to go there fore pleasure. The only small thing, I would mentione to be improved is the surroundings. I missed a an area for running or for walking."

"Loved our stay here. Very quiet room, clean and cosy. Fabulous staff, especially Shannon. Good food too. Highly recommend."

"Fabulous hospitality, stunning location. Thank you"

"Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent."

"Clean functional rooms. Neat snack bar and bar in communal area with okay coffee. Excellent breakfast and good value. Quiet rural location."
