Climbing the stairs, the first floor welcomes you with large windows that flood the rooms with natural light. The large 60 m² living room is the heart of the house, with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The two double bedrooms, each 50 m², are spacious and elegantly furnished, while the 15 m² single bedroom is perfect for those who want a private corner or a workspace. The two bathrooms, with windows and finely finished, add practicality and privacy for all guests.

On the second floor, the 30 sqm kitchen is fully equipped for those who love to cook even on vacation, and overlooks the spacious 30 sqm terrace, with partial views of the internal gardens and the historic center, the perfect place to relax under the Salento sky. An additional bathroom completes the floor, offering functionality and convenience.

Morciano di Leuca is an authentic destination, far from mass tourism but well located for exploring the wonders of the Salento coast.

The building is located a few kilometers from the famous beaches of Pescoluse (4.8 km), also known as the Maldives of Salento, and a short distance from other seaside resorts such as Torre Vado (3.3 km) and Santa Maria di Leuca (6.7 km), the meeting point between the Adriatic and Ionian seas. Nature lovers will find the spectacular Cipolliane Caves, the Grotta del Ciolo and the Grotta del Soffio nearby. Trekking enthusiasts can follow the Sentiero delle Cipolliane, an ancient path used by fishermen and merchants, which winds its way near one of the most scenic viewpoints in the area, the Canale del Ciolo. Here you will also find the famous Ciolo bridge, about 40 meters high, where the most daring take breathtaking dives.



How to get there:

By car: Morciano di Leuca is located in Salento, in southern Puglia, and can be reached by taking the A14 motorway to Bari, continuing on the SS16 towards Brindisi and then following the signs for Lecce. From Lecce, take the SS275 towards Santa Maria di Leuca, exiting at Morciano di Leuca.

Once you arrive in the center of Morciano di Leuca, Via Ippolitis 3 is located in the heart of the town.

By train: The nearest railway station is Lecce, which is well connected to major Italian cities. From Lecce, you can continue by bus or taxi to Morciano di Leuca. The bus service is operated by Sita Sud and runs daily with varying travel times.
