"Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights for a Kettering graduation. The location was wonderful with easy access to groceries and the college. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed evening walks around the house and sitting on the deck in the sunshine.
Basil was a great host and was responsive when we had questions. We had something that needed fixing and he got it done immediately. I highly recommend!"

"My husband and I loved this property. It was lovely and comfortable. The home was spacious and very family-friendly.One observation: there is a school around the corner, and the pick-up/drop-off line runs right in front of the home. Therefore, if you stay Monday-Friday while school is in session, it can be challenging to leave the driveway, especially in the morning. "The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....

"Everything was great! The house was exactly as pictured! There was a TON of space and it was all well appointed. Not to mention, the space in front of the house was completely plowed for us and the sidewalks cleared which made a world of difference. Communication was excellent and it was an awesome stay!"
