"We have been coming to the community for 5 years now and this is our favorite house. The location is great, able to walk to the beach or jump right off the doc and swim over it’s so close. The house is in great condition and very well kept with all the essentials for our 2 week stay. Shawn is a great host and very responsive. We absolutely would recommend him as well as this house for any type of getaway up to the area!!! "

"The house had a great set up for multiple families with age differences. The amenities they had worked out wonderfully with our large group. The only Complaint we all had were the beds. All of them were very hard and uncomfortable. We had multiple people sleeping on couches and futons because they were more comfortable and had some cushion. Thats the only issue we had.
