New listing as of January 2026, Clifton House is a recently renovated and beautifully preserved 1914 heritage home with 5 bedrooms and over 3,100 sq. ft. of comfortable living space. Ideal for families, groups, or two families traveling together, it offers space to gather and unwind just minutes from downtown Moose Jaw. Enjoy original woodwork, hardwood floors, a bright sunroom, fenced backyard, private sauna, a large dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and an upper-level family room with projector for movie nights.



The Space:

Step inside Clifton House and experience the charm of a thoughtfully preserved 1914 character home, carefully updated for modern comfort while honouring its original details.



As you enter, a quiet office sits just off the entry—ideal for reading, remote work, or planning your Moose Jaw adventures. Board games are available in the office for family game nights or quiet downtime.



Down the main hallway, the spacious main living room is filled with natural light and offers comfortable seating for relaxing or gathering. This space also features a wood-burning fireplace, adding warmth and character to the home. For convenience and safety, one presto log is provided for guest use.



The formal dining room, easily accessible from the hallway, kitchen, or living room, is perfect for shared meals and conversation.



The kitchen features cork floors, expansive countertops, and a professional-grade Wolf range, making it a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking or entertaining. We provide a starter supply of kitchen essentials—coffee, coffee filters, tea, sugar, cooking oils, and basic spices—to help you get settled on arrival. Guests will find a well-equipped kitchen with small appliances such as a drip coffee maker, Nespresso machine, rice cooker, blender, air fryer, and stand mixer for easy meals and entertaining.



Main Floor

The main level includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms:



- Primary bedroom: 1 King Bed, private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and access to a sunroom that leads to the deck and backyard.

- Second bedroom: 1 Queen Bed

- Third bedroom: 1 Queen Bed

- Main bathroom: 3-piece with shower over bathtub



Upper Level

Upstairs you’ll find:



- Fourth bedroom: 1 King Bed

- Fifth bedroom: 1 Queen bed



Bathroom: 3-piece with shower only



The home is equipped with on demand hot water to cater to larger groups.



The large upstairs family room features a projector with smart screen, creating a cozy movie-night space for kids and adults alike.

One rollaway bed is available upon request.



Lower Level

The basement includes laundry facilities, ample storage, and a private sauna with a small adjacent shower—perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The home offers Wi-Fi throughout and multiple entertainment options for relaxing after a day out.

Guests have full, private access to the entire home — all rooms, sauna, backyard, and garage. Parking in garage, on driveway, or street (please don’t block neighbour’s driveway). Keyless entry.

The Clifton House is located in a quiet, established residential neighborhood in Moose Jaw, just approximately 1 km from downtown. Most guests find it to be about a 15-minute walk or a 4-minute drive, making it easy to access local restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions while enjoying a peaceful place to stay.



The area is known for its mature trees, character homes, and friendly community feel, and is well suited for families, groups, and longer stays. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and everyday essentials are also nearby.



Evenings are generally quiet, reflecting the residential nature of the neighborhood, and we kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbors during nighttime hours.



Getting Around:

Downtown Moose Jaw is approximately 1 km away, making it about a 15-minute walk or a 4-minute drive from the house. Many guests enjoy walking to restaurants, cafés, and local attractions in warmer months.



For those driving, the home offers convenient parking, including use of the attached garage, with additional street parking available nearby. Moose Jaw is very car-friendly, and most destinations around the city are just a few minutes away.



Local amenities such as grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping, recreation centre and restaurants are all within a short drive, making longer stays comfortable and convenient.

The Clifton House is a 1914 heritage home on a quiet residential street, featuring curated furniture and local artwork. Please enjoy and treat it with care. No parties or events, and please be respectful of quiet hours and our neighbours. Parking is available in the garage, on the driveway, or on the street directly in front of the house (don’t block the neighbour’s driveway to the right).
