"10/10 it is my favourite motel so far. The lovely receptionist that greets you on check in and looks after you during your stay is a highlight. She got everything I asked for instantly, and even made our room available to us so we could stay for longer at the motel. The best part is you never got harassed during any part of the day by any other staff. You felt safe, it was quiet and for once i felt comfortable to use the pool and spa and could leave and go the shops, knowing my room was locked...

"Renovated room and bathroom was modern and bright, which made the room very comfortable. Many electrical plug points at strategic parts of the room which was super convenient. Thank you for a comfortable stay."

"I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. The room was very clean and fresh. Not cramped either. It was a cold night and there was a heater in the bedroom as well as the living area. TV in living area and lounge. Cooking facilities were clean and pots, cutlery and crockery clean and sufficient. Bed was very comfortable, and a spare blanket was provided. Check in was friendly and efficient. I have had some stays of late in Shepparton and have had some dirty hotel rooms. Finally nice to find one...
