"Great experience because the place was thoughtfully organized and well appointed for families."

"We enjoyed our stay during Christmas in Fargo. We appreciated the communication of the host and the little extras to make our stay special: Christmas tree/lights, candy, wine, and a bottle of sparkling juice for kids. The location was perfect. It was close to downtown Fargo, NDSU, and the airport. "

"The place was perfect. We played games and used the movie theater. The games in the sunroom was were fun and a large space where know one felt on top of each other. The decor and style was charming. I would like to come back and use the backyard ."

"Perfect stay with Emmanuel. We chose this property for price and amenities for 4 guest was perfect for our exteneded Swim meet weekend and proximity to the Aquatic Center. Garage access was nice for parking and packing. Everything worked out real nice for our stay. We will be booking next year for sure. Host sent us a message everyday to make sure our stay was as expected."

"Clean and simple home. Nothing extra if you have young children to entered. Very safe neighborhood to gwt my morning walk in. Perfect for what we needed."

"Great stay. The property was clean, well equipped, and quiet. Would definitely stay here again."

"The good: close to NDSU campus & both the upper & lower duplex units give you a total of 6 bedrooms. Easy checkin & checkout process. The bad: there is a very strong cleaning/perfume oder in it which made it uncomfortable to spend much time in it. The photos of the listing are enhanced to make the place look much brighter & fresher than it really is. Rusty fixtures in the bathroom & dirty coffee maker. The flooring is creaky & in the downstairs you can hear every step taken upstairs."

"Great location. Host provided wonderful communication and clear instructions."

"Great location, house and host!"

"We stayed 5 nights here for a wedding and it was great . There were 5 bedrooms but we only used 3. The living room and dining area were great for people coming over and just hanging out. The tv worked well. My sons and their friends used the hangout area downstairs and used that screen for gaming. . The kitchen was very nice--and fairly well stocked with coffee, flour, cooking oil etc. Bathrooms had hair dryers and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, which was very nice. The property was very...

"Overall great stay. Could have used a few more wash cloths in the bathroom but that's it!"
