Hoteller nær Mooresville Arts at The Depot

"We always stay here when we come into town! Very convenient location when visiting our family!"

"Clean"

"We stayed with our family for the Ren faire. The room itself was nice but the microwave had its issues"

"When I arrived I thought the room was not clean enough, and the staff corrected it immediately. They were very helpful."

"The room was quite humid, loud AC unit. Walls are very thin, I could hear people talking in the next room until 12:30am. Did not get much sleep."

"."

"The walls were paper thin, could hear neighbors on both sides of us like they were in the room. Also road noise was very bad and we were on the lakeside away from the road. Although we were “lakeside”, the part of the lake was a very small and long inlet that the hotel sits on and you couldn’t really see much of the actual huge lake. We could never get hot water from the sink. Luckily the shower did have hot water but had to let it run a long time to get it. The restaurant closed at 4 pm...

"Great breakfast"

"The thing I liked the most was the front desk staff & the breakfast crew. They were all so kind & friendly. Love the room, the outside dog area and the location."

"Clean and quiet"

"Very clean. Staff was professional and courteous. It’s not easy to find a good hotel when you’re coming from out of town you can never be too sure of what you’re going to walk into. I was very satisfied. Slept like a baby. $20 feet for my ESA cat. But overall if I had to choose again I would definitely choose them. Good price too for double queen bed. This isn’t the place for fancy hot breakfast but if you’re looking for a clean hotel not how good the free breakfast is then this is your place."

"Check in was easy and quick. The staff very courteous. Our room was immaculate. Very clean bathroom with nice fixtures and Dove products. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Excellent full breakfast. Would definitely stay here again."

"The room had a very strong Chemical smell that hit me in the face as soon as I opened the door. It gave me a headache. The bed was very hard and very uncomfortable. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable as well. The sheets and pillowcases looked like someone had already Slept on them. The room overall looked very old, run down and was not cleaned well. I would not choose this hotel ever again."

"First impression was like the photos on line. The property looked nice and rather new. Upon going to our room, we were impressed with the courtyard, the seating and the grills they were available. That all ended when we opened the door to room 205. It was nasty!! The smell hit us as soon as we opened the door. Looking around the room was really disgusting. The walls are all marked up, dead spider in a web in the corner of the ceiling, stains on the walls, the door handle on the bathroom door...

"This is a good property. The rooms seem to have been recently refurbished. We had a suite, and the kitchen was decently appointed. The property is not in the congested part of Mooresville which is nice. I would stay here again. My only caveat is there is no housekeeping until the seventh day. We stayed for six nights, and it would have been nice to have the room serviced at least once. Anything can be replenished, etc., but I really don’t stay at a hotel to take towels to a desk for exchange....
