Cottage Miti Reva

Cottage Miti Reva is a beachfront home built of wood and stone, set in a large, leafy garden. It offers stunning views of the turquoise lagoon and opens onto a beautiful white-sand beach.

The home has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a mezzanine, and one bathroom (double vanity, shower, and toilet).

Sleeping arrangements
The main bedroom has a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and the second bedroom has a double bed (145 x 200 cm).
Both bedrooms are very comfortable. Their windows have no glass panes, so when the roller shutters are fully open, you can enjoy a true connection with nature.
The mezzanine has 2 single beds side by side (90 x 190 cm) and a double bed (193 x 200 cm).
Additional single beds are available for an extra fee, as the home is rented for a maximum of 8 guests. It is ideal for 4 adults and 4 children (who don’t mind stairs).

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, among other essentials. The dining table is on the covered terrace, facing the lagoon.

Living area
The living area, with its colorful sofas, has a smart TV, and free Wi-Fi is available to guests.
The whole home is tastefully decorated with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.

In the areas without air conditioning, the roof design provides constant natural ventilation. This architecture is designed to keep the inside of the villa closely connected to its tropical surroundings.

Amenities
3 kayaks (including one junior kayak) are available so you can explore the underwater wonders right in front of the house. A barbecue and sun loungers are also provided.

Good to know
Please note that only the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The living spaces follow an open tropical design and enjoy natural ventilation and constant airflow. French Polynesia is a tropical destination where indoor-outdoor living is an integral part of the local lifestyle and architectural tradition.
The property is fenced, with a manual gate at the back of the lot. There is no fence on the beach side.
A path along the property, marked off by a rope, gives neighbors on the mountain side access to the beach.
Beaches are not private in French Polynesia.
For stays of 7 nights or more, an electricity fee of XPF 5,000 will be charged in addition to the rental price.
