"The hotel is quiet, the bed is amazing, the bedding is worth a mention because it’s top quality and hard to beat. The staff in the restaurant are top notch as well.
My only complaint is the two ladies who checked us in wouldn’t give me an invoice even though I paid at the hotel. They wouldn’t give it because I made the booking on hotels.com. I advised them I do this weekly and that’s not how it works. Eventually I gave up and came back after shift change. The kindest most warm hearted who works...
"I had no instructions on how to get in. There was no staff. Says first floor but 36 stairs to the rooms no lift with luggage is tough. No fridge in room. Across the street from a church converted into a pub where people were yelling constantly until 4 am. And parking garage was almost a mile away at 24 pounds a night. No fan or any type of air circulation in the room."
"The room itself was very nice, newly decorated and very clean. Nice big shower with overhead shower and hand held. Only a few little negatives that have marked down the rating. Description of hotel states onsite parking, there isn't. It is only the street parking available. Description also states refrigerator. There is no refrigerator in the room but there is access to a communal refrigerator."
