Stunning Views
The cottage had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Very cosy, and the views are just amazing. We would definitely return, if looking to stay in the area again.

Exceptional
The pictures don't do this cottage justice! This is a stunning cottage, immaculately presented and with amazing views up and down the coastline. We went in February so the log burner fire was exceptional, all of the amenities including over 200meg fibre broadband! Can't wait to go back!

Amazing sea view
Great stay at Seagreens cottage. The cottage is very modern, warm and has all that you need. Great walks along the coast to the fishing village of Johnshaven. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life then this cottage is a great place for going off gird and being at the sea.

Fabulous cottage, quiet location, North Sea views
This is our second time staying at the cottage and we should have remembered to book for longer than 4 days. The cottage works perfectly, the location is amazing and yet close to many places to visit. We reluctantly left for our next destination.

An absolute gem!
We stayed at Seagreens during our first ever trip to Scotland and were absolutely in love. The cottage was immaculate, and had everything we needed and more. Check-in was flawless and our host Claire was quick to respond to any questions we had. It was perfect for a quiet, calm getaway seaside, yet close enough of a drive to experience surrounding villages and sites. Claire gave us a list of suggested restaurants and sites to visit and all were exactly what we were looking for.

Excellent all round
Beautiful setting and very very quiet, lovely to watch the boats and bird on the sea . lovely coastal walk with or without dogs to johnshaven , dogs loved the house as its a secure environment , no cars speeding etc Nearest supermarket just down the road few minutes drive , cottage is near to stonehaven and aberdeen , montrose etc House had everything and more , very comfortable and good night sleep , all you can hear is the birds . Would stay again if we went aberdeen way

Perfect quiet cottage for de-stressing.
We stayed 3 days in this very cosy contemporary cottage. We loved the views over the sea and enjoyed the silence. Lovely short coastwalks to both sides are recommenders.

Favorite place ever
This was my favorite place that we have ever stayed over the past few years. It was secluded and the view was just breathtaking. There was a main path to walk for miles along the water if you wanted.

Näher geht es nicht ans Meer. 😀 Die Lage ist wunderschön und abgesehen vom Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer, welchen man vom Bett aus sehen kann, sind in Sichtweite auch Delfine sichtbar. Der Garten ist zusätzlich eingezäunt mit separater Feuerstelle und Essbereich mit Beleuchtung und über die alte Steinhäuser schauen auch ab und zu ein paar Kühe rüber. Leider gab es keine Sonnenliegen aber das war auch das einzige, was uns gefehlt hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

What a stunning find
From the approach to the cottage on arrival to driving up the hill to leave we loved every second of our stay. It was spotless and well equipped and such a treat to be by the sea. A beautiful cottage. We want to go back already!

Our favorite!
We spent two weeks in Scotland and this was, BY FAR, our favorite house and location! Wish we would've booked it for longer. It was so peaceful, such nice views of the ocean, excellent walks, remote - but close to go eat or shop without a long drive. We had an issue with a key that needed some help and Claire came to help immediately - so helpful. Would love to return and stay again.

A special cottage in an amazing isolated though not far from anything location
We were reluctant to leave after 4 nights, the North Sea in front of the cottage was spectacular, the cottage satisfied all our needs, and we can be fussy as older travellers. The kitchen and dining area work so well. The area is so quiet and yet feels so safe. The cottage is on our list to return for another stay in the future.

Amazing
The photos of the property don't do the views justice, I spent a lot of my time staring out of the windows at the views. Claire and her husband were superb hosts, we wanted for nothing. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Johnshaven is only a short walk down a coastal path with a local shop and a pub that does fantastic food. Highly recommend this property and we will definitely return again next year.

Superb Holiday
Property was excellent, it was in a great location and had everything you could need. Nothing was too much trouble for Claire (host), she even went out of her way to find out about fishing in the area for my father-in-law. Any queries were swiftly dealt with. Family agreed we would definitely come back to cottage.

What a little gem
This property is an absolute gem! Location is perfect, right on the pebbled beach with the sounds of waves heard constant. There is added extras with the property for adults and kids alike, my 4 year old absolutely loved the sandpit and us adults the hot tub!! The cottage has everything needed to make a holiday perfect!! Thank you for a lovely stay especially in light of COVID where again the cleanliness was spot on!!

Festive getaway
Cannot recommend the cottage enough! Stayed as 2 couples and was the perfect cottage for us to enjoy time together but also have our own space too. Hot tub is fabulous and a unique way to enjoy the stars! There are plenty games and dvds to enjoy while staying. The coastal walk which you can join from the bottom of the garden was lovely and a great way to enjoy the scenery. Kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. Whole cottage is immaculate. Communication with Claire both before and after our stay was brilliant! Already booked to return for New Year 2020! Thanks again Claire x

Lovely, relaxing stay
We had a lovely stay for our son’s first birthday. Claire was very kind and left a bag of toys for him to play with as well as providing us with a highchair and travel cot for our stay. Highlight was sitting in the hot tub listening to the sea.

A coastal gem
The perfect cottage in a perfectly ideal situation, Seagreens is without a doubt one of the best, if not the best, place in which we have ever stayed. Everything about it, from the layout of the cottage and all of its facilities (including the hot tub) to its position right on the coast (20 metres from the sea) and the wonderful isolation, resonates the natural beauty of the Scottish east coast.

Zauberhafter, ruhiger Ort
Das Haus liegt wunderschön am Meer. Nachts hört man nur die Wellen oder die Rinder. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat viel Charme. Eine entspannte Zeit haben wir im Hot Tube verbracht. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Stonehaven, Dunnator Castle, Johnshaven und Dundee unternommen. Der Strand von St. Cyrus ist wunderschön. Claire und ihre Familie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Stunning location, clean and homely cottage
We spent three night at this cottage and had a lovely time!!!! The cottage itself was a hidden gem right on the beach front, and very homely, with everything you need for a very comfortable stay!!! The hot tub was amazing after our long beach walks!!! We even tried to book again for the summer while there, but unfortunately it was fully booked!!! A fantastic getaway, and we plan to return!!! Have already recommended to a number of family and friends!!!

Great weekend in a lovely cottage, which was practical and homely.
We had a lovely relaxed weekend at Seagreens Cottage with walks from the front door. The cottage was well equiped throughout and the kitchen a very nice place to cook and eat. The views out the window were great and the wood burning stove made it a cosy place to spend a wet afternoon. Just what we were after, next time we will stay longer.

Fantastic cottage with unbeatable views
Really lovely cottage right next to the beach. Great for children of all ages. The wood burner and hot tub are fantastic features. We can highly recommend it. Will definitely go back as soon as possible.
