Très bonne expérience dans cet hôtel. Le service était excellent et la chambre était magnifique. Cependant, la télévision n'était pas connectée au Wi-Fi, et nous n'avons pas réussi à la connecter en suivant les instructions fournies. De plus, notre téléphone ne fonctionnait pas pour appeler la réception. Malgré ceux-ci, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour!

Nice large room but poorly furnished. Hot water was scalding hot. A child, senior or handicapped person could easily be seriously burned or worse. (No exaggeration). Both ice machines were out of service.

The curtains in my room didn't close, so there was no privacy. The staff at the front desk were a bit rude and didn't ask about how my stay was. The dining options at the hotel were not great

The staff are very helpful and eager to aid you in anything you need help with. There is the Guy-Concordia Metro station just down the road and many buses that pass by in front and on the side of the hotel. A very safe area and easy to walk to many different places. I fully recommend staying at the SENS Hotel

My recent stay at Montreal Sense was notably disappointing due to extremely poor service. The room was spacious and the bathroom was average, but these were the only commendable aspects of the hotel. Service was severely lacking; during our four-day visit, we did not receive any room service despite multiple promises from the reception staff that it would be addressed. This led to us having to manage basic tasks ourselves, including taking out the trash and retrieving fresh towels and water bottles—responsibilities typically handled by hotel staff. Upon checkout, we were told that the management would be informed and that we would be compensated for the inconvenience. However, we never received any follow-up communication. This lack of professionalism and follow-through was highly disappointing.

The room was very clean and modern, staff was friendly and accommodating. It's situated in a lovely area with a wide variety of food options. While our stay was short, we enjoyed every bit of it!

I had no issues with the property. Check-in was seamless and quick, staff were nice enough. Hotel was presentable (nice lobby) and clean. The hotel is located in an amazing spot, close to Crescent Rd restaurants and pubs. Most things are within walking distance if you’re able to walk for a decent period of time. It’s right near the downtown core. Room was nice although the headboard of the beds was a little tattered and there was a small stain on the bedsheet, but nothing that really turned me off of the hotel. Everything was very clean and well kept. Would recommend.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The rooms were bigger than advertised and seemingly clean. The room was quiet even facing the street. Everyone at this location was kind and helpful. Definitely recommend if you’re in Montreal.

Being from a small town in Nova Scotia, I wasn’t really sure what to look for but the Sens hotel I was really amazed with. The lady we dealt with at the desk was very sweet and I would recommend this place to anyone! Only thing I was confused about is breakfast, as everything is set out as a continental breakfast, so as you would think I went in and got some breakfast. The employee never informed me of being charged beforehand and came up behind me and told me I can’t have anything unless I pay. Other than that, thank you for the wonderful stay!
