The outdoor Tiki Bar with swings and lounge area invite you to soak in the tranquil lake views, while lake access ensures you're just moments away from all the water sports and fishing Nettle Lake has to offer. This stunning property is designed for year-round enjoyment.

Kitchen: fully stocked with stove, oven, microwave, crockpot, toaster ,and coffee maker with Keurig maker. Bar top that seats 4.

Dining room: Large table that seats 4

Living room: Large sofa with electric fireplace and a 60inch Smart TV with cable. Office table and chair facing the beautiful lake.

Laundry room: Washer and dryer stocked with detergent. Pantry cabinet

Game room: Pool table (please keep covered when not in use and no drinks or food on pool table) Dart board (plastic tip darts) Classic arcade game (pac man, donkey kong, frogger)

Kids room: Bunk beds, futon, cable TV. ( First floor)

Nettle Lake is a all-sport lake, no horsepower restrictions, no wake rule between the hours of 6pm&10am. From 10am until 6pm there are no speed restrictions for power boaters. Fishing, ice fishing, tubing, jet ski, swimming. (there is no beach).
