Nestled just a short walk from the charming village of Montmeyan, this beautiful single-storey villa is the perfect retreat for families and groups seeking both relaxation and adventure, surrounded by the natural beauty of Provence.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to nine guests across four bedrooms. One bedroom features a 160 cm bed with its own en-suite bathroom and toilet. Two other bedrooms each have a 160 cm bed, while the fourth bedroom includes a 140 cm bed along with a 90 cm single bed. Baby bed and high chair available on request. There is no bathtub in the villa, only a shower.

Designed for comfort, the villa is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay even during the warmer months. Additional amenities include WiFi, and a washing machine.

Bath mats, duvets, and blankets are also provided for the duration of your stay.

Inside, the bright and airy living room seamlessly connects to the open kitchen, which is fully equipped for preparing delicious Mediterranean meals. The lounge area includes a comfortable seating corner and a flat-screen television, creating a cozy space for relaxed evenings.

Blending modern convenience with Provençal charm, the villa features a spacious terrace with a large dining table, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals. The fenced garden offers a private swimming pool measuring four by four meters, secured with a safety gate, making it ideal for families with children. For those who enjoy leisurely outdoor activities, there is a pétanque court with boules available for use.

Stroll into the village to pick up a fresh baguette or sip coffee at a quaint café. Nearby, the historic town of Régusse with its Templar windmills invites exploration.
