"it is still a new hotel and they still have some "issues" becasue of it, but they sure have a good thing going... rooms are excellent, and the staff is nice and helpful (they speak English pretty well). Breakfast is good - but a little variety would be nice (it is the same every day) wifi is a bit wobbly and the cable did-nt work on two different days. "Friendly staff and pleasant stay. We could walk to the beach or oldtown(5km). The breakfast was mostly white bread and cakes, but also has fruits and eggs, and our vegetarian had no problems getting full. Restaurant also looked good, but we didn't get to experience it. When the worst part is not being able to find a DND sign or opening the safe, then i'd consider it a great success. "

"We stay often at the Palladium. The location is great in the Buceo neighborhood — walkable to the rambla, Montevideo Shopping, lots of restaurants. Uber and taxis are easy to get. Centrally located to easily jump to or from the airport or Tres Cruces bus station or Ciudad Vieja or elsewhere in the city for business or leisure. The property is a little tired but the beds are comfortable, has nice pool, decent breakfast and reasonable prices."
