Located in Montesquieu-des-Albères, this property features two separate houses: a 90 m² single-story house reserved for guests and another occupied by the owners. Enjoy pleasant mountain views. The rental space includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms, a small bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with shower, and separate toilet. The house accommodates up to 4 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), three TVs, a DVD player, three fans, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and three coffee makers.



You will have access to a 200 m² outdoor area with a 100 m² private pool, a covered terrace with plancha grill, and garden furniture. Parking for up to three cars is available onsite. There is also storage for motorcycles, bikes, and skis. Families with children are welcome. Parties are not allowed.



Towels and bed linen are available for an extra fee. The owner, living next door, can assist if needed. Color-coded bins are provided for waste sorting. Further information will be given onsite.



Guests have priority use of the pool until 6 p.m.; after that, it is shared with the owner. Swimsuits must comply with local regulations. Stays of 4 or 5 nights instead of 7 are possible outside peak season and on request. Optional linen service available on request.
