Il Melograno was born from a skillful renovation in 2019, has 2 bedrooms and a private garden, and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is spread over 2 floors, on the lower floor we find the living room with sofa and fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Going up the stairs to the first floor there are two large double bedrooms with a private bathroom and air conditioning.

In front of the apartment, there is a delightful private garden with a table and armchairs available for your evenings outdoors under the starry sky of Tuscany.

From 15/10 to 30/04 extra gas fee of € 18 per day (LPG).

At check-out, there will be a tourist tax to be paid, 2 € per day per person from 14 years old. The city tax is calculated on a maximum of 6 nights.

Check-in is available from 4 pm to 8 pm. Late check-in is available until midnight only on request at an extra cost of € 50.
