dates back to the XIX century and it`s ideal for an exclusive holiday in
Salento, in Montesano Salentino, surrounded by a big garden with
swimming pool and other outdoor equipped areas.
The villa accommodates up to 16 guests and it`s equipped with accessories such as a big and characteristic swimming pool, air conditioning in every room, floor heating system, washing machine, tumble-dryer, iron and ironing board, internet, internet, hair-dryer, video-surveillance system and alarm system.

Salentino is a small town in Southern Salento, a short drive away from
the beautiful seaside locations of Tricase Porto, Andrano marina, Castro
and Santa Cesarea Terme, Pescoluse and Santa Maria di Leuca.

The luxury holiday home in Salento is a beautiful masseria divided into three units.
The first unit accommodates up to 8 guests and it`s the main unit of Masseria Marchese.
It opens into a spacious room with an equipped wall, a big fireplace and a large sofa. The first suite consists of a double bedroom with bathroom and the mezzanine floor with a king-sized sofa bed.
From
the living room you have access to the other rooms of the villa. The
corridor overlooking the garden with swimming pool arrive to a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, while another corridor arrives at the kitchen and a bathroom.
In
the center of this unit there is the dining room, accessible from the
entrance at the back, the kichen and a sitting room with king-sized sofa bed. The sitting room has access to the inner courtyard with a rocky garden.
The kitchen consists
of two rooms: one with iron kitchenette and an ancient pietra-leccese
fireplace and the adjacent room with freezer, fridge, dishawasher,
kettle, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster and large shelves.
The second unit accommodates up to 4 guests,
it`s characterized by the barrel-vaulted ceiling and it`s on the
basement floor. It consists of an open space with kitchen and 2 king-sized sofa beds.
Moreover, there is a bathroom. An iron and wood staircase arrives and
the historic cistern carved into the rock, now turned into a wine
cellar. This unit is reachable by the stairs that connect this floor to
the garden with swimming pool.
The third unit accommodates up 2 guests and it`s accessible by the wooden porch. The outbuilding is furnished with a double bedroom, closet, ensuite bathroom with tub and shower which once was an old wood-burning oven.

Masseria Marchese has 50-square-meter solarium with nebulization/cooling system, bar and an outdoor equipped area
with sofa and wooden table. Moreover, by the swimming pool there are a
bathroom, a solar outdoor shower, chaises longues and sofas.
The rectangular swimming pool, which is in the natural dip of the property is characterized by a curvilinear area with seating area with hydromassage. Moreover, there is a cervical massage system gushing from an amphora.
One side of the infinity pool overflows into the underlying small pool. The swimming pool is cleaned by a salt-based depuration system which guarantees the perfect sterilization and places the swimming pool among the bio-swimming pool systems, that are made in respect of the surroundings.
The
property of Masseria Marchese is surrouded by dry-stone walls and
partly by tuff walls. It is framed by bay trees, oleanders, rosemary,
cane apple trees and other local plants. In the garden there are fig
trees and a vegetable garden, in addition to a majestic centennial
walnut tree. Furthermore there is a vineyard, prickly-pear trees and
Mediterranean scrub.
Under the walnut tree there are 4 wooden
tables that accommodate up to 40 people, embellished by the artificial
lighting and candle-lit lanterns.
Near the walnut tree, there is a
lovely porgola and the ancient yard with cistern used to collect rain
water and embellished by the roots of the majestic walnut tree.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from March to October. Off- season pool's opening extra cost euro 1000.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Breakfast from 07:30 to 10:30 for person for day euro 15, paid on site (optional).
