GENERAL AIRBNB REGULATIONS

2. Loud volume is prohibited, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be applied after the first warning.
3. Only guests and visitors registered on the platform and notified to the host will be granted access.
4. No parties are allowed, and walking around outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
5. Eating or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. If any stains occur, an additional cleaning or replacement fee will be charged.
6. Charges will be applied for towels and/or sheets that are stained, whether by makeup or other substances.
7. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
8. If any damage to the furniture or inventory is noticed, the host must be notified as soon as possible.
9. Only the designated parking spot may be used.
10. Air conditioners must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. Pets are not allowed. In the case of a service animal, approval from the host is required.
12. The amenities regulations must be respected.
13. Keys and/or cards must be left in the designated place specified by the host.

GENERAL BUILDING AND AMENITIES REGULATIONS

1. Be respectful to guards and neighbors.
2. The common areas of the building must be respected, and the guest will be financially responsible for any damages.

FINES

Violating any point of both regulations may result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.

Sofa, rug, and/or mattress stained: $2,500 MXN, previously quoted by ChemDry cleaning company. If the stain is not removed, the full item cost will be charged.

Stained linens: $800 MXN per sheet set, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per duvet.

Damages and/or losses of furniture and inventory: Value of the item (If the host is not notified, an additional $1,000 will be charged).

Damage to property: Material cost + Labor cost + $1,500.00 MXN for repair time.

Loss of keys and/or cards: A replacement fee of $500 MXN will be charged.
