Villa Mea - Homelike Villas

Villa Mea enjoys a 360° panorama from a green and tranquil hill, opening directly to spectacular views of the stunning Tuscan countryside. Villa Mea can accommodate up to six people and consists of a bright and multicolored fully equipped kitchen with the latest amenities, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms with a shower cabin. Upstairs, there is an open-plan upper gallery with a fireplace and a spacious lounge, with two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed for two).

The original architectural details have been preserved and incorporated into a new, elegant, and comfortable design. The cottage has been renovated using traditional materials: local stone, exposed wooden beams, and Florentine terracotta floors, adding a touch of simple elegance. Here and there, you will find precious details such as refined paintings, Montelupo ceramics, and typical ornaments in harmony with the building.

Outside, there is a spacious and bright veranda, elegantly furnished, where you can sunbathe and enjoy splendid outdoor breakfasts or romantic dinners, and where our guests can relax at any time with a unique, tranquil, and suggestive view. The wonderful infinity pool with hydromassage (10.5x7.5 m), furnished with sunbeds, reclining chairs, table, and chairs, is surrounded by lawns and landscaped gardens framed by the surrounding wooded hills, making it a delightful place to relax and take a refreshing dip. It has been built near the olive grove away from any splashing sounds that might be created for those who prefer to enjoy the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside.

Both Villa Mea and Villa Alma have been completely restored with ancient terracotta floors and reclaimed wooden ceilings, showcasing the best of contemporary Italian design, with a very fresh and clean appearance. Both are equipped with heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player, and stereo with CD player, barbecue, ceiling fans, automatic gate, parking space, and a large independent garden.

You can rent Villa Mea + Villa Alma (15 + 2 beds) - with exclusive use of 2 pools and a jacuzzi. Villa Mea is the ideal place for anyone who wants to combine art, history, and relaxation in the gentle nature of Tuscany.

In case of booking, the following CONDITIONS are accepted:

The pool is open from May to September (only during the high season). Upon request, it is possible to advance or postpone the pool opening period, paying an additional cost of €250 per week in cash at check-in.

Check-In: Saturdays from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Late check-in €50 for each hour)
Check-Out: Saturdays by 10:00 AM

Security Deposit : €300 to be settled in cash at check-in
Air conditioning: €150 per week to be settled in cash at check-in
Heating: €6.00 x cubic meter
Tourism tax: €1.00 per person per night
