Originally built around 1000 AD, this historic villa has been lovingly restored with great care and attention to detail. The result is a home that beautifully combines the charm of its medieval origins with the elegance and comfort of contemporary Italian design. Every corner reflects the authentic spirit of Tuscany — warm, welcoming, and timeless.

Today, Villa del Colle is the perfect setting for guests seeking an unforgettable stay surrounded by beauty, peace, and the gentle rhythm of Tuscan life.

Accommodation: Villa del Colle is rented as a single property (about 500 square meters / 5,400 sq ft), yet it is thoughtfully divided into two connected apartments, offering both space and privacy for families or groups traveling together.

On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by two spacious and inviting living rooms and a stunning kitchen with large arched windows that frame the valley below. This level also features a comfortable double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, and a lovely master suite with a queen-size bed, private dressing room, and large en-suite bathroom with shower. A welcoming walkthrough single bedroom completes the floor, perfect as a peaceful study or as an extra space to accommodate an additional (eleventh) guest. A convenient guest bathroom is also available on this level.

The first floor includes two additional living rooms — one with a grand fireplace perfect for reading or relaxing — and a bright, panoramic kitchen that opens onto a charming terrace overlooking the hills. There’s also a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with double shower, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and an additional bathroom with shower. This floor also features a guest bathroom for added comfort.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (except the study). Ceiling fans are included in the stay, while full AC service is available upon request for an extra, payable in cash at check-in.

The villa has been completely restored using original terracotta floors and reclaimed wooden beams, creating a refined blend of traditional Tuscan character and modern style. Amenities include heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player, stereo with CD, BBQ, automatic gate, private parking, and a spacious independent garden.

Garden & Swimming Pool: Step outside and experience the magic of Tuscany. The villa’s private garden opens to breathtaking panoramic views of the Florentine hills — a serene haven for rest and relaxation.

The saltwater swimming pool (7.3 x 3.3 m, 1.4 m deep) features whirlpool jets on the entrance steps, inviting guests to unwind while soaking in the scenery. Around the pool, comfortable sun loungers, rocking chairs, and a double hammock provide plenty of space to relax under the Tuscan sun.

An outdoor dining area with table and chairs is the perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast or an evening glass of Chianti while watching the sunset.

💰 Security deposit: Euro 700.00 to be paid at check-in by cash and will be returned within 2 days from check out with Paypal.
