"The staff was excellent. Pleasant stay overall. Customer service on point. I spoke to miss Judine by phone and she was able to accommodate my last minute request. I met Miss Jackie who is also a sweetheart. Everything was ready when I arrived. So grateful for these 2 wonderful ladies. Breakfast was good. I met the chef. The property was clean and the place is quiet if you need a good night's rest. I would stay here again. It is also a budget friendly hotel, worth every penny. "

I only use the A/C twice durning my 7 day stay as the room stayed cool. The best part is the location to everything. "Everyone had the best time here for my 30th birthday. Great quality food and staff that went above and beyond to make our vacation special. Having access to Secrets took everything up a notch. There were minor issues with the room but the staff made sure they were addressed as soon as possible. I'll definitely be back! "

"Vacations are not the same unless I get a short term rental. This has by far been one of my favorites. Nice kitchen and spacious living area. I was able to unpack and enjoy myself during my time in Jamaica. The place is gated which gives you and extra sense of security. I will definitely be coming back again."

"Ive stay at this property a few times. Renovations are coming along. Food was good. The staff was professional. My check in was a little bit longer than usual. My suggestion would be that when a room isn’t ready and a guest is waiting, instead of having the guest come back n forth to check, they should take a contact number or text the guest that the room is ready. This would prevent what I went though. Kept checking, it wasn't ready n sat in the waiting room for an hour longer than necessary...

I never review, as I believe if you don’t have something good to say, don’t say it. But this was of the charts bad. And I only had one night otherwise I would have canceled my stay their for sure.
To go to the beach you have you cross the road and pay for chairs and umbrella at the beach, and also no beach-bar so your all inclusive is not really useful if you like to stay at the beach.
Breakfast was so terrible and so was lunch. For dinner we went out - says a lot when it is all inclusive.
To end on a positive note, it was close to the airport.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the very kind staff and the check-in process was a breeze. The room may have been slightly outdated but had everything we needed and was clean. We absolutely loved the balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean and the most beautiful sunsets.
All hotel facilities worked perfectly. We had no issues finding lounge chairs at any time of the day (both by the pool and on the beach), and we enjoyed the various water sport activities available. We also went on the snorkel tour, which was a great experience and ended up being just the two of us.
Based on previous experiences at all-inclusive resorts, we expected that we would be going out to eat most of the time. However, the food was fantastic so there was no need to eat elsewhere. Great variety of (mostly) Caribbean dishes with great flavors. We were very happy with the food and missed it when we got home after our trip.
Every person on the staff that we interacted with was lovely, funny and accommodating. They offered great service, tips for the area and great banter.
We would not think twice about coming back and staying at this great resort!"
