"Room was clean but could’ve been a little better. It’s a newer hotel but our room specifically seemed to have a wear and tear damage. 95% of the staff was lovely and helpful I was ignored by a few bartenders but nothing crazy. "

"The property was beautiful and clean, the staff was friendly and courteous. They were pretty quick to handle any situations such as a faulty AC. The food was very fresh and delicious . The only problem was the bartenders had a very light pour. Most drinks were definitely less than one ounce of liquor, even if you ordered a double. All in all a great stay otherwise."

"Had an amazing time at this resort . From the time i walked in , hospitality was 10/10. Despite the hurricane in 2025 you can’t tell that it was any damage done to this resort . Rooms were cleaned - daily house keeping / fridge kept stocked and room was very spacious. As a solo traveler you will feel 100 % safe at this resort . Many restaurants- with first come first serve to eat from night ( this was a plus). Resort had adequate security at all times . Will definitely return in the future ....

"The beach is beautiful and the property is nice but not like Moon Palace Cancun. The staff is wonderful - Shemar at Jerk Hut, Shane and Whitney the lifeguards, Shavon and Tameka the beach waitresses. I would not go back for one reason. Over the weekend, many people who lived locally stayed at the resort and etiquette went out the window. People were cutting lines at the buffet, taking multiple plates full of food, not leaving for others. It was a fight for food. Tourist pay too much money to...

"Not time please make sure things in the room work, turn the refrigerator up so we can have cold drinks instead of call for ice, and tourist people want to eat the true, authentic jamaican food, not american jamaican food.We come to jamaica to eat the true authentic food.No one should have to go on the road to get real jamaican food.It should be served at every.Resort that's in jamaica."
