Note - you are required to turn off AC when leaving the bedrooms. If you leave the home and the AC are left running - we reserve the right to enter the space and turn the units off .
I will waive your cleaning fee if you promise to clean up and leave the house tidy.
I will take your word for it as most people a decent human beings and I believe you are one until you have failed me.
I am sure you won’t.
Please do not leave the doors open in an attempt to cool the entire home. This will break the units.

We offer pre-stacking - $60 charge plus the price of groceries
Housing keeping - $60 daily
I will be a phone call away. I do have a property manager/security on site 24/7. With proper arrangement - he can do your grocery shopping and other store runs. Any issues on property will be immediately addressed by him or someone else.
Manned gated community with 24 hour protection - House also has alarm system. Security can never be too much, hence I have property security on site all day, everyday
Please note that the property manager operates from a self contained basement apartment with no access to the house and the house has no access to the basement
You will need transportation as this is a very big gated community. The distance from the home to the security entrance is a 20 minute walk. There are many rental services a the airport which can be reserved via Orbitz or any other such platforms. In addition, we can arrange a vehicle which comes with a driver for $200 per day for up to 4 people. For 5 or more guest there will be an additional charge of $30 per guests per day.
Remember - this is a rented vehicle with a professional driver - You will haves access to the driver for 12 - 13hrs daily. These hours could be a combination of day and night- This will allow you to enjoy daily excursions as well as the Montego Bay night life.
Gas is already covered in the pricing structure.
