"Nice place, nice location Internet very slow And breakfast serves extremely slow U have to set at least 45 minutes to get your food. Its not buffet, but U Can order between 3 different plantes. U cannot order a plate of fruit or anything Else."

"Honestly the worst “hotel” experience ive ever encountered. Especially for the money spent. Very old and not maintained property. It doesn’t even qualify as a motel let alone a resort with all inclusive. At dinner there wasn’t tables enough, so we went out to eat. Worst all inclusive ever, I had to make myself drinks since nobody was at the poolbar. The pool was dirty and so was the “hot tub”, if we can call it that. I never review, as I believe if you don’t have something good to say, don’t say it. But this was of the charts bad. And I only had one night otherwise I would have canceled my stay their for sure. To go to the beach you have you cross the road and pay for chairs and umbrella at the beach, and also no beach-bar so your all inclusive is not really useful if you like to stay at the beach. Breakfast was so terrible and so was lunch. For dinner we went out - says a lot when it is all inclusive. To end on a positive note, it was close to the airport. "

"Having read the reviews of this resort, our expectations before our trip were not high. However, the resort put every bad review to shame and we had an amazing stay. Upon arrival we were greeted by the very kind staff and the check-in process was a breeze. The room may have been slightly outdated but had everything we needed and was clean. We absolutely loved the balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean and the most beautiful sunsets. All hotel facilities worked perfectly. We had no issues finding lounge chairs at any time of the day (both by the pool and on the beach), and we enjoyed the various water sport activities available. We also went on the snorkel tour, which was a great experience and ended up being just the two of us. Based on previous experiences at all-inclusive resorts, we expected that we would be going out to eat most of the time. However, the food was fantastic so there was no need to eat elsewhere. Great variety of (mostly) Caribbean dishes with great flavors. We were very happy with the food and missed it when we got home after our trip. Every person on the staff that we interacted with was lovely, funny and accommodating. They offered great service, tips for the area and great banter. We would not think twice about coming back and staying at this great resort!"
