"After all the fun we had , we left without jacket & set of car keys , tried 10000000 times calling front desk No picking up , so frustrating I ended it up calling Montego Bay hotel to transfer my call to Riu Reggae hotel Got a chance to talk about issue, sent email to customer service Now WAITING ..."

"Wonderful stay! The food and drinks were exceptional! Boutique resort but luxurious feel. There were never any spaces that felt too crowded..always a nice lounger or bed available. Attentive staff and executional hotel manager."

"My stay was wonderful. The surrounding both inside and out was clean and beautiful.The staff was friendly and accomodating. The food choices for both breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent. I will definately stay at this hotel again in the future."
