Villa Scuderie accommodates up to 12 guests and boasts an elegant, refined yet understated style that is never overwhelming. It is a magnificent stone house accessed via a picturesque private road lined with elegant cypress trees with private heated pool fenced.

This villa features a spacious, shaded terrace with barbecue facilities, tables, chairs, a solarium area with sunbeds, deckchairs, an outdoor shower, and a private heated swimming pool (10 x 5 meters, depth 150 cm; open from 08 June to 14 September) fenced.

The Villa comprises on two levels:

GROUND FLOOR:
The villa includes a generous living room with a fireplace, an equipped kitchen, and direct access to the terrace from every part of the house. The charm of the countryside, combined with the warm hues of the rooms, terracotta and stone flooring, creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, there is a laundry/storage room with a dryer and washing machine and 1 Double bedroom, divisible by two single beds, with an ensuite bathroom with shower. Direct access to the terrace from every corner of the house.

FIRST FLOOR:
There are 5 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, which are spacious and thoughtfully designed, featuring sophisticated details such as four-poster beds and finely crafted stone washbasins. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. The layout is: 1 Double bedroom, with ensuite bathroom with shower; 1 Double bedroom, with ensuite bathroom with shower;1 Double bedroom, with ensuite private bathroom with shower; 1 Double bedroom, with ensuite bathroom with shower;1one bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined to form a double on request"

WATER CONSUMPTION: In case of water problems in the area the owner could fix a limit of water consumption considered included. normal consumption for a normal holiday stay. This is to avoid water wastage.
