Villa Bibbona can be found only a few kilometres from the beautiful sandy beaches of Tuscany and famous towns of Volterra and San Gimignano, with easy access to the local wellness center and natural spas, situated in the Montescudaio, and it is only 15 km from the town of Bolgheri and its world famous vineyards which produce the Supertuscan wines. With a private, heated and fenced pool area, this villa is ideal for families with small children.

The villa develops over two levels.

On the ground floor we have two bright living areas with large dining rooms and fireplace. From there we can access the separate kitchen, with direct exit to the outdoor covered terrace. There are two double bedrooms with direct access to the garden and en-suite bathrooms with shower. One separate guest bathroom with toilet and sink.

On the first floor we have the remaining bedrooms, a total of six bedrooms (3 double and 3 twins that can be pushed together to form doubles) with en-suite bathrooms with shower and one suite bedroom with private lounge (possibility of adding 2 extra beds on request), double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outside, the villa offers expansive gardens with a large terrace next to the kitchen, ideal for al-fresco meals, and a barbecue area nearby. The private swimming pool (10x5m; 1.5m deep) can be found further down some steps from the house; it can be heated and is fenced. The pool area is equipped with sun lounges and has a cover that protects the temperature of the water overnight. There is also a table tennis.

Please note:
- POOL: swimming pool is closed in April and October. It could be sometimes opened and an extra fee will be asked. Preventive just upon request. The eventual heating is always an extra and switch on upon request. We need at least 3 weeks notice prior to arrival date to open or to heat the swimming pool. Services are not available for last minute bookings ( less then 3 weeks before arrival).
- Pool heating available when the house heating is not switched on; the system could heat either the house or the swimming pool.
