The space
The villa features 5 king-size bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, most with ensuite bathrooms (bathtub/shower) or shared facilities. Enjoy two spacious living rooms (one on each floor), a pool table on the ground floor, fully-equipped kitchens on both floors, and outdoor amenities including a patio with a barbecue, a wood-fired oven, a steam bath and a swimming pool.

Surrounded by 81 hectares of lush forest and fields, the villa offers a serene escape in nature.

Our team resides in separate structures on the property and is available to assist with any needs or maintenance. To ensure your privacy, we use a separate entrance and remain discreet during your stay.

Guest access
Guests enjoy convenient access to the property via a private road that leads directly to the front of the villa, where private parking is available. The ground floor offers direct entry from the surrounding grounds, while the first floor is accessible via stairs.

The swimming pool and steam bath are located on the right side of the property and can be accessed easily from the ground floor, ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience.
