The Farmhouses La Principessa (independent house with 4 bedrooms) is located a few kilometers from Lucca, on the Hill of Montecarlo, an ancient, medieval hamlet sourrounded by olive trees and vineyards.
Both houses come from the restauration of a rural, tuscan farm, a plae where you can discover the unique life and architectural style of Tuscany, perfectly blended to all modern comforts.
Sourrounded by the countryside, both residences have a well-equipped kitchen (with fires and electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, electric boiler, american coffe machine, italian moka coffe machine and microwave), relax area, TV, wi-fi, ari conditionning and double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The gardens all around are independent and equipped with sunchairs, tables, chairs and barbecue. The sweimming pool is located a few meters from the houses and the access is only allowed to our guests, who can enjoy the panoramic pool using sunumbrella, sunchairs and sunbeds dedicated and sanitized in respect of security and distances roules.
During your stay you can enjoy the unspoled nature, the peace of the hllside and our activities proposed, like the tour the the Estate, the visit to our olive oil mill, the tasting of our wines and extra virgin olive oils directly produced!

La PRINCIPESSA is an independent Tuscan Villa with private gardens and entrance, a wide and sunny open space with direct access to the garden, kitchen-living room, cozy relax area with view and four double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and shower, located on the ground floor (two) and on the first floor (two). The bright open space includes sofas, TV and a well-equipped kitchen. The house interiors maintain the unique, architectural, traditional Tuscan style.
The gardens, surrounded by our olive groves, are equipped with sunchairs, table, chairs and barbecue, is the perfect place where to enjoy the slow pace of our Tuscan hills.
The swimming pool, where to enjoy the panoramic view on our olive groves and Montecarlo hill, is open from May to October and it is located a few meters from the house.
During your stay, come discover our estate. We'll visit the olive oil mill and the wine cellar and taste all our DOC and IGT Wines and DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil directly produced in the comfortable tasting room or on the amazing, panoramic terrace.

En god modtagelse af mr. Luca, dejlig vinsmagning, flotte omgivelser og et dejligt hus. Et perfekt sted som udgangspunkt for ture i området, Monte Carlo er en dejlig lille by, ikke mindst når der er vinfestival.Kan kun anbefales.

The farmhouse was perfect for our stay! The layout, with a bathroom for each bedroom, wide open gathering spaces, and a workable kitchen made for a very comfortable stay for us, our adult kids and toddler granddaughter. The farmhouse decor was lovely, and the grounds and pool allowed for plenty of space for relaxation. We very much enjoyed the olive oil tour and tasting, dinner at the associated restaurant, and the easy access to the town of Montecarlo. We did drive to convenient parking to visit the town, because of the winding, hilly road. It is a lively medieval town, with great options for restaurants and strolling the quaint streets. We took day trips to visit Lucca, Pisa, Cinque Terre, the Garfagnana mountain area, and Siena. Communication before and during the trip with Arianna was super helpful! This stay truly made for a magical family experience.

We had wonderful time exploring Tuscany and retreating back to this quaint Italian farm house in Montecarlo. We took day trips to Lucca, Pisa, and Florence. Our host Arianna offered us excellent recommendations on where to park and what to see… we were so thankful for the great advice. The farm house was very clean and very charming with the authentic Italian decor! The rooms are very spacious. The beds and bedding were comfortable and the en suites were very nice. We also spent time in Montecarlo, which is within walking distance but is up hill. There is also parking at the top. It was one of our favorite places! Great food, a few some shops, and surprisingly a good brewery! We loved the restaurant on site of the property and enjoined sampling and drinking the local wine!

It was very nice, house could use some small improvements a clock in the bedrooms and a small dresser a medicine cabinet or something to store toiletries in the bathroom .Arianna was unbelievable she took care of any issue immediately.

Wir wurden herzlich von den Arianna und Erika betreut. Bereits im Vorfeld unserer Anreise haben wir wichtige Informationen zum Objekt und zu den Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge vor Ort erhalten. Das Ferienhaus ist sorgsam und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wir waren als Familie mit Großeltern und Teenagern unterwegs. Allen hat der Aufenthalt und die Umgebung des Ferienhauses - zwischen alten Olivenbäumen stehend - sehr gut gefallen. Toll war auch, dass alle ein eigenes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad hatten. Wir würden wieder dorthin reisen. Danke an Simone, Arianna und Erika !

I first have to mention Erika and Arianna, both amazing throughout the whole process, communication before, during and after! The house was immaculate and location perfect. Close to grocery store. Was able to take many side trips from this location. Many restaurant choices close by. The restaurant “within walking” distance was very close, we never walked given no sidewalks along the winding road but was close enough to do so if chose to. I cannot say enough about the house, the fact each bedroom had an en suite bathroom was perfect, the setting among the olive trees stunning. The breeze in the evenings was wonderful. We did use the AC quite a bit given the warm temperatures, mostly during the day, it was quite nice to have the windows open in the evenings, and the price for the use of the AC was extremely reasonable! I was pleasantly surprised. The olive oil and wine tour was fun too! Pool days, bbqing, visiting other areas/restaurants, etc., we could not have asked for a better vacation! Thank you! I am recommending the property to my friends and plan on returning, hopefully sooner versus later. Thank you so very much for a perfect vacation!

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, viel Platz und es ist alles da was man braucht. Zum nächsten Ort Montecarlo sind es zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten und dort ist es wunderschön und lauter kleine Lokale.

Really enjoyed our stay in Montecarlo, loved the olive oil/wine/process/tasting tour too, and it was great to have a restaurant just up the road, very useful! Two points to note - firstly, we found the photos on the website confusing, as to which property was which, so we didn't know exactly what our house would look like. Also, it would be useful to have extra lighting, like a floor lamp, in the lounge, as one ceiling light was not enough if you wanted to read in there. It would also make it more 'cosy'. But all in all we had a good time!

Een prachtige, goed verzorgde woning waar niets aan ontbrak. De service van Arianne en Erika was voortreffelijk! Eén van de mooiste agriturismo waar ik ooit heb mogen verblijven inToscane. We komen terug!

The property was as advertised what was not mentioned was the great service Erika and Ariana provided! They were in contact daily to see if we needed anything. We experienced a flat tire and they arranged for another employee to take us to a tire place and assist in the purchase of new tires. I really can not say enough how much they helped. They had great suggestions especially on the train into Florence, which train, what time to go and where to park the car. We also had several great meals at the restaurant on site including take out for the last night since we had early departure.

The property is excellently situated, with a view over the plain, in the middle of the olive groves. Clean and very well equipped. The nearby village of Montecarlo has Tuscan flair. Friendly people everywhere, excellent wine and very good food .... The pool was great. We spent two happy weeks here. Many thanks to our landlord and Erika who provided us with good advice and assistance.

We passed 12 nights in Montecarlo, the house is beautiful and the area in between olive trees just lovely. There is always a light wind blowing which is perfect against the summer heat. We've been received very warmly and friendly, thank you very much!!!

Extremely clean and beautiful location with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Lovely setting quiet and tranquil. We spent our conversations around the breakfast table enjoying the talk and soaking up the atmosphere of the house. We had and amazing dinner at the owners restaurant the first evening. Highly recommend the menu and service. Great atmosphere with the locals. Don't miss the opportunity to stay in a lovely setting with parking and pool.

The photos and description are accurate - it was a delightful holiday home being well equipped and comfortable. Right from making the booking everything was straightforward and the property managers made us feel very welcome. The property (on the edge of Monte Carlo) is well placed to explore this area of Tuscany - the sights e.g. Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia, Montecatini Terme and numerous excellent good value restaurants. We also really enjoyed the olive oil and winery tour and sampling the produce! - on the same site as the property. Would love to stay again.

Lovely spacious home with plenty of room and beautiful kitchen/baths. Room outside for kids to run around which was so needed after Rome. The little walled city of Montecarlo is definitely worth a visit while there. We also ate at the owners restaurant and enjoyed it!
