"Non è un B&B ma un affittacamere come dallo stesso proprietario confermato. La ragione sociale è fuorviante suggerirei perciò di cambiarla. Il servizio di colazione difatti non è incluso/previsto e a differenza di quanto segnalato su Expedia, la pulizia non è giornaliera (in teoria ogni 3gg, ma non ho potuto verificare stando solo 2 notti). Proprietario cordiale e meticoloso (a volte troppo, ma forse è un bene per mantenere un certo ordine, vista la maleducazione di molti turisti). L'alloggio...

"Traveled alone and arrived by train from Pescara. Hotel just in front of railway station. Check in was fast and the nice female staff gave me a nice big room with balcony Wifi perfect and breakfest was very nice with vegan and gluten free choise. Just as for cappuccino and they bring. Everybody spoke english. "

"Super lovely property, staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast In the lobby was good. We had a nice large balcony. Super easy walk to the beach and some good restaurants. Lots of places closed on Sunday evenings but a 20 minute walk we found some places. "Camera spaziosa, accoglienza gentile. Molto moderno e ben tenuto. Pulizia non eccelsa: per esempio gli scaldasalviette non erano propriamente lindi. Letti comodi. Buon ristorante, colazione molto varia anche se la sala dedicata non molto spaziosa. Parcheggio disponibile, accesso abbastanza comodo. Punto strategico per spezzare viaggi più lunghi. Al centro si arrica a piedi dopo una bella salita, ma nulla di impraticabile."

"It was not what we expected from the pictures shown, but not to bad. It is located behind a hill/mountain from the old city, so when you go to the city you have to walk over or around at the docks that are noisy. The location is also not so quiet. There are plenty of cars driving by and noise from the apartments next door, dogs, machines and train line. The breakfast was nice. Pleasant and plenty. The check in personal did not seem welcoming but later some of the others in the morning were...

"The location of Casablanca is really great, with a fantastic view over the green hills of Marche - bonus is a distant view to the Appenine mountains - here in December with snow. The rooms are completely new and in high quality, with individual super terrase (furnished) for each room. That they also have a great traditional Italian restaurant, does complement a good stay."
