The gas fireplace, which was a crucial part of our decision to rent this property, was not functional. One double bed had no sheets at all, the other had only a bottom sheet, requiring the sleeper to use the blanket as a top sheet. "This compact house sits on a beautiful lot next to the woods. Several lovely hiking trails surround the gated community, which is quiet. The only reason I gave this property a three for family-friendly is that the home has a loft with a ladder. It is perfectly fine for kids over about 5/6 but I would be nervous if I had toddlers. All in all, the house was very comfortable—clean with well-equipped kitchen and very nice outdoor space (beautiful deck and fire pit). I would book this property...
