"Visiting Alamosa CO in the summer is just about perfect. Staying in this sunny, cheerful well appointed home topped off a delightful visit. The location is great. A short walk to downtown shops, super close to a James Beard nominated restaurant called Friar’s Fork. The walkability can’t be beat. The neighborhood was quiet. "Comfortable accommodations, nice view"

"We had three families with a total of 12 people stay here and there was lots of extra room. We played games and cooked dinner each evening in the dinner/living room. Pool and foosball tables were fun additions that are downstairs. On top of this, we got lucky with a lot of snow to play in. South Fork is a relatively easy drive up to Wolf Creek each day."

"The house was well maintained and met all of our needs. Everyone loved the jetted bathtub after our days of skiing. The ski resort was just a short drive away. The deer in the yard every day was a bonus! The only thing I can think of that might need to be updated would be the 2 chairs in the living room. The material was really peeling off, but even with that, they were still very comfortable."

"We chosen this home for its location close to the trails and the ability to ride right from the house to the Rio Grande National Forest. The house is very clean, comfortable, fast internet and all the amenities to make this a great vacation. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great little house directly across from the river. Very quiet and the home is wonderfully appointed with a killer kitchen, stove, refrigerator and living room. Our only complaint is the beds are just doubles, not queens, so if you’re used to something bigger you gonna fit pretty tight."
