"Spacious and clean room with a small balcony and nice view to the sea. Unfortunately we experienced a few challenges. The heating didn’t work the first day and night so it was quite cold in the room. We got extra blankets for the night. There was no warm water the last morning which meant that we had to wait around 1 hour to get a shower. Besides that the toilet cistern didn’t work properly (didn’t refill water automatically or did it randomly). The instructions on how to get to the hotel were a bit confusing as they told you to take a bus and get off at a stop (street no.) that didn’t appear in the time table. To clarify this before catching the bus we tried to call the number that we were told to call upon arrival at the bus stop, in order for their shuttle to pick us up, but nobody answered the phone so we ended up taking a taxi instead. "

"Vi valgte dette hotel ud fra de virkelig gode anmeldelser og den fantastiske udsigt og vi blev ikke skuffede, personalet er utrolig venlige og hjælpsomme og udsigten er magisk, husk bare at vælge et værelse med udsigt, for der er ikke meget at kigge på fra bagsiden af hotellet. Det er et ældre hotel, så forvent ikke at alt er topmoderne og den øverste række fliser i poolen burde f.eks skiftes. Dejlig morgen buffet, skønt med gratis shuttlebus service til Sorrento og S. Agata som er en hyggelig lille by ligger i gå afstand fra hotellet. Vi kan slet ikke vente med at komme tilbage."
