The Dot of Porto Ercole

La Villa il Puntino è letteralmente immersa nella natura selvaggia mediterranea. Un posto magico, se siete alla ricerca di una vacanza tranquilla, pur essendo a pochi minuti di auto da Porto Ercole. Amerete questo posto se state cercando di sfuggire allo stress quotidiano della vita moderna. L'armonia tra mare e terra, unita alle spiagge incontaminate circostanti, renderanno il vostro soggiorno indimenticabile. La Struttura La Villa è dotata di due camere da letto indipendenti e uno studiolo con divano letto: tutte e tre le camere sono fornite del loro bagno; inoltre, la cucina attrezzata dà su un grande soggiorno con camino. All’esterno, un porticato porta giunge sul retro della Villa, dove la piscina e l'area barbecue, a completa disposizione degli ospiti,  si affacciano su una vista mozzafiato. La struttura dispone anche di un garage coperto per una macchina oltre a diverse aree all'aperto.

Discesa a mare: per gli ospiti più avventurosi è possibile percorrere il sentiero di ca. 1.5 km che dalla Villa arriva fino a alla Torre Ciana e scende poi a mare. Si raccomanda estrema cautela in quanto il sentiero è scosceso nel tratto finale e adatto solo a hikers esperti.

Come arrivare: per arrivare alla struttura è necessario prendere la Strada Panoramica di Porto Ercole (per 8km, di cui 3,8km di strada sterrata) utilizzando necessariamente una macchina SUV 4x4; in alternativa, è possibile prendere la Strada Panoramica da Porto Santo Stefano (17km), che è completamente asfaltata.

The Villa consists of two independent double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a studio with a single sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen that faces a large living room. The outer  portico will bring you at the back of the Villa where the swimming pool and the barbecue area face a breathtaking view, and are at the complete disposal of guests. The Villa is equipped with a covered garage for one car and enjoys an olive grove and several outdoor areas.

Descent to the sea: for the more adventurous guests it is possible to walk the path of approx. 1.5 km which starts from the Villa, reaches Torre Ciana and then descends to the sea. Extreme caution is recommended as the path is steep in the final stretch and suitable to expert hikers only.

How to get there:

To get to the Villa il Puntino it is necessary to take the Strada Panoramica from Porto Ercole (8km of which 3,8 km are on a dirt road) necessarily using a 4x4 SUV; alternatively it is possible to take the Strada Panoramica, perfectly paved, from the town of Porto Santo Stefano (17km).
